About Us
The Egyptian Association for Cancer Research is a non-profit scientific civil association established to be a community entity that includes all researchers and those interested in the field of cancer research in Egypt. Its aim is to provide scientific and technical
support to researchers in this important field in general, and to young researchers in particular, by organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences.
The association also helps young researchers in writing scientific papers and applying for grants and research projects.
The association aims to raise awareness among civil society and younger generations about the importance of scientific research in the field of cancer research through simplified periodic newsletters and booklets about the latest in cancer research.
The association also issues a peer-reviewed scientific journal to publish Egyptian, Arab, and international research in the field of cancer research.
Thus, the association acts as a link to the world for them, in order to raise Egypt's scientific level and include it in the global scientific movement in this important field.
The Egyptian Association for Cancer Research was officially registered on 19/11/2014 by the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Directorate of Social Affairs in Tanta, and a headquarters was established for the association.
